Return Policy
Customer service is our goal, if for any
reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, ARCHITECTURAL
LIGHTING
will be glad to accept returns/exchanges on in-stock items. Please
contact an online customer service representative during normal
business hours. Item(s) that are generally not in-stock are considered
special orders and are non-returnable/refundable.
Any items purchased as an Internet/online sale
may be returned within 30 days of receiving the item(s), but
is subjected to a 25% or MFG restocking fee. Under any circumstances,
returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Original shipping
and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipment charges for
returned items are at the shipper's own expense/responsibility.
All items are required to be returned in their
original packaging and in new condition. Please be sure to include
a copy of your receipt with the return item(s) circled and the
reason for the return or exchange.
Returns without a receipt will not be accepted.
Products must not have been previously installed or used with
the exception of manufacturer's defects. Once we have received
and verified your return, we will credit the amount for the returned
product(s) to your credit card account, less original shipping
charges plus a 25% or MFG restocking fee.
All sales on clearance items are final and
can not be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If you are uncertain
if your item(s) are returnable, please contact a customer service
representative at 702.564-.8585. ARCHITECTURAL LIGHTING reserves
the right to refuse returns or charge a 25% or MFG restocking
fee for items that do not satisfy the requirements. All items
will not be accept without RGA number.
